Banana Split smoothie (or that’s what I am calling it)

Ever since I worked with a nutritionist this past year, I have been really into smoothies and greens (sometimes combined). This is a smoothie I made this morning; it combines fruit, protein, and superfoods to keep you full until lunchtime. I have no medical training and make no claims about anything!

1 banana

1/2 cup frozen organic strawberries

1 tspn maca powder (a.k.a. a superfood)

2 tspns raw cacao powder (a.k.a. ground up cocoa beans and a superfood)

1/2 cup Trader Joe’s unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1 tblspn Naturally More peanut butter w/flax seeds

Add water and ice to make it a pleasing consistency
